Chocolate cake - Saturday, 2 Feb. 2018

Recently I baked a chocolate cake. It called "ガトーショコラ" in Japanese. The origin of "ガトーショコラ" naming is French. It is "Gâteau au chocolat". In Japanese, it is a kind of chocolate cake name, but "Gâteau au chocolat" equals chocolate cake in French. It is interesting for me. They have the same origin, but they have a different meaning.

By the way, it is the chocolate cake I baked. It was really sweet and delicious. But the top of the cake was burned. It is too bitter, but it became no bitter by removing the top. If I bake it again, I'll put aluminum foil over the cake to avoid burning.
