Acqua pazza - Saturday, 17 Nov. 2018
I cooked acqua pazza yesterday. It is Italian seafood cuisine.
Ingredients
- Horse mackerel
- Asari clam
- Tomato
- Broccoli
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- White wine
- Water
- Garlic
- Spaghetti
Cooking steps
- Prepare horse mackerel. Remove the scales, guts and gills. Horse mackerel has scales, which is called Zeigo in Japanese, on the tail, so also remove it.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the fish.
- Remove the calyx from the tomato.
- Cut broccolis, and microwave it for 3 minutes.
- Stir fry sliced garlic with olive oil on a pan. It should be low heat.
- Put the fish, and grill both sides.
- Put clams and wine. Steam it.
- After these clams are opened, put broccoli and tomato.
- Steam it for 5 ~ 10 minutes. It's finish! If you'd like to eat spaghetti, you can put it to the soup.
