Sweet potato anpan - Sunday, 4 Nov. 2018
Today, I baked sweet potato anpan. Anpan is a kind of bread. It contains anko. Anko is sweet been paste. Sweet potato anpan does not use anko. It contains sweet potato paste only. It was delicious. I still have some frozen dough, so I'm looking forward to bake it. I'll bake it for breakfast if I can wake up early.
There are recipes that I used.
I make a few adjustments to the recipes. I added cinnamon to sweet potato paste.
